BLACKBERRY TEA PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION

To prepare it, steep one teaspoon (8-10 pieces) of dried blackberries in a cup of boiled water for 7 to 10 minutes and then strain. If you want to make tea with fresh blackberries, it is sufficient to add 4-5 blackberries to a cup of boiled water, let it steep, and then strain. To avoid disrupting the digestive system, it is recommended not to drink more than 1-2 cups of blackberry tea per day. It may cause side effects such as nausea and vomiting in people with sensitive stomachs. Although we have stated that it is beneficial for pregnant women, it is advisable for them to consult their doctors as a precaution. People with liver disorders should also consult their doctors before consumption. This is because blackberries contain gallotannins and ellagitannins, which can have negative effects on the liver.
